She began her real estate career in 2011 as a Marketing Director where she handled all the marketing for her team that sold over $50 million from 2011 to 2013. After obtaining her real estate license in 2013, she started working with new construction and relocation clients. She has since relished the opportunity to work with a variety of client's including, first-time home buyers, retiree's, move-up buyers and re-sale listings. Having grown up in the Athens/Oconee area she is very knowledgeable about the market and enjoys showing off the place she calls home. She and her Husband, Daniel, reside in Oconee County where they are members of Grace Fellowship Church and both serve on the worship team. She also enjoys photography, the outdoors and of course, Real Estate.
Ashley is a member of Georgia Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and is an active MLS board member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®. She also has designations in both GRI and CRS, along with acquiring her certification for E-Pro!

I could not be more pleased with my experience working with Ashley and her partner Mary. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and what to price my home at in order to sell it quickly while yeilding the best return. She came to my home once to look at it and point out minor fixes needed to make it sell better, then again to take pictures to list it. I was very happy with how smoothly this process went, with minor effort on my part. My home was listed around 4:00 PM on a Friday and by 10:00 PM that night, I had a cash offer for full asking price and another full asking price offer the next day. About three weeks later, my home was closed on. What I loved about working with Ashley is how easily I could get in contact with her about the questions I had. I also felt as though she had my best interests in mind. This was apparent when the buyers listed the things they wanted done in the amended contract. Rather than caving to all of these things, Ashley listened to my thoughts then advised me on what items on the list I should address in a way that benefited me. I was also very pleased with the quality and detail that went into the listing. The pictures taken were very well done along with the 3D tour and the description was very informative to potential buyers, not only about the home but surrounding area. It was very apparent that this was not Ashley's first time selling a house. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I would look no further than Ashley Bennett.

Ashley was amazing to work with. She coordinated every single detail associated with our successful sale from arranging the photography and listing all the way through to the final closing. She emailed a copy of the final settlement paperwork less than 2 hours after the closing. Ashley is smart and savvy and is gifted with a wonderful personality.

We are so glad that Ashley was recommended to us by our lender for our first home purchase! We absolutely adore her and the help that she provided to us along the way. She always had a quick response to any of our questions or concerns and her communication with the seller was always great! The home that we LOVED from the very beginning of our search was under contract but thanks to Ashley's help, we purchased this home after the original contract had fallen through. Our first home buying experience was so smooth with her help and she made us feel comfortable with asking questions and giving advice about things that we had never dealt with before. IF we ever sell, she will definitely be our selling agent as well!

Ashley was AMAZING! We bought our first house and had no clue how any of the process would go. She always answered all of our questions and stayed on top of our lender to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Ashley helped me and my brothers sell our parents home in Watkinsville Georgia and she was awesome! We had a few hurdles to jump through during the process given the nature of the sale and Ashley guided us through each one with true professionalism. She answered all of our questions and was always prompt about returning emails and phone calls. 5 stars just aren't enough to express our appreciation for the hard work Ashley put in on the sale of the house so trust me when I tell you that hiring Ashley as your realtor may be the smartest thing you do once you decide to sell your home.
